Viera Builders, Inc. has an opening for a full-time hourly paid Design Assistant working in a fast paced, professional environment. The Design Assistant is responsible for meeting with buyers to assist in selection of design options and finishes on an as needed basis while also providing administrative support to the Senior Color Coordinator on a daily basis; ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency of internal process by way of accuracy and completion.
Some flexibility in hours and scheduling is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00AM thru 6:00PM and must work 40 hours each week. Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of 5 years consecutive professional experience is preferred.
In addition, the following skills are required: Excellent organizational and administrative skills; professionalism; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs; Customer/Client Focus and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
