Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of A. Duda & Sons, Inc., is seeking a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support our operations in Oxnard, California. This position reports directly to the Safety Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of EHS policies, programs, and procedures.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and recordkeeping requirements.
• Deliver safety training and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor safety metrics and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes as needed.
• Assist with environmental compliance programs and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, agriculture, food production, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, environmental regulations, and safety best practices.
• Strong investigation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Professional certifications (ASP, CSP, CHMM, or similar) are a plus.

Expected Hiring Range: $78,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Starting Salary: $78,000 annually.
