Line Cook - Part-Time

The Tradewinds Restaurant located at the Duran Golf Club in Viera, FL is currently accepting applications for a part-time Line Cook. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and have excellent verbal communication and organization skills . 

Requirements:

• 2 years prior line/batch cooking experience with sauté, grill, and fryer, prep line, cleanup, and excellent knife skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
• Multi-task under pressure
• Culinary degree preferred

Applicants must be available to work Fri/Sat/Sun flexible hours as needed and have reliable transportation.
