A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Sod Coordinator to support our Oviedo Sod team. Responsibilities include connecting with customers, coordinating orders, and keeping operations running smoothly. Bring your friendly voice, sharp organizational skills, and customer-first mindset to a company with over 100 years of growing roots in Florida.

Requirements:
  • Be the friendly, professional voice on the phone—handling a high volume of calls with a smile
  • Coordinate sod orders, confirm delivery details, and manage daily schedules
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing retail and wholesale customers
  • Maintain accurate records, process invoices, and organize spreadsheets
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills – especially over the phone
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A team-player attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or accounting is a plus!
