Mechanic- Farm/Ranch, Lake Placid FL

A. Duda & Sons, Inc. is seeking a Mechanic I to support our Lake Placid Sod team. Responsibilities include sustaining the equipment and performing basic repairs and tasks in the shop. The role also involves routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Requirements: 

• Assessing repairs needed on equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles including: oil changes, sharpening mower blades, tire repairs, welding and fabricating as needed while maintaining safe and clean work area
• Operate off road fuel truck: provide fuel and hydraulic oil/grease to field equipment
• Complete work orders daily
